01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bobo77 platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by bobo77 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bo77 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Shah Alam. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. bo77 does not claim to hold any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority, and no such regulatory body exists for online gambling in Malaysia.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing agreement to these Terms and any updates made to them from time to time.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the bo77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bo77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with international online gambling standards. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is entirely prohibited by law and where accessing the Platform would constitute a criminal offence under applicable national laws.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. You confirm you are not under any guardianship order or legal disability that would impair your ability to contract.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bo77 Platform or on any connected platform that recognises cross-platform exclusions.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or close family member of any employee or director of bobo77 or any affiliated entity, unless written approval has been granted by management.

bo77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be forfeited or returned at the Company's sole discretion.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of bo77 services, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process as provided on the Platform. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each registered player is permitted to holdonly one (1) account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bo77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winings held within them without prior notice or compensation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, including activity by any person who gains access using your credentials. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bo77 may verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, bonus claim, withdrawal request, or at the Company's discretion. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

05 Terms of Use

By using the bobo77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are for real-money wagering and are subject to the outcome of chance or sporting events, as applicable.

You acknowledge that:

• Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You are wagering your own funds from a legitimate source and not funds obtained through any unlawful activity.
• bo77 does not guarantee winings or outcomes on any game, bet, or event available on the Platform.
• The Platform may experience planned and unplanned downtime. bobo77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
• All game outcomes are determined by independently audited certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of sports betting, by the outcomes of real-world sporting events.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to your winings in your jurisdiction. bobo77 does not deduct or remit taxes on behalf of players.

Players in Malaysia are reminded that no Malaysian authority regulates or licences online gambling. Access to bo77 is your personal choice, and you bear full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with the laws applicable in your state or territory.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

bo77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 for standard payment methods; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 5minutes for DuitNow and FPX. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider, verification status, and transaction volume.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawing amounts above defined thresholds. bo77 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any security or fraud review.
• Source of Funds: bo77 may request evidence that deposited funds originate from a lawful source. Players found to have deposited funds obtained through unlawful means will have their accounts suspended and relevant authorities may be notified.
• Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts, as notified in advance to the player's registered email.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bo77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, birthday bonuses, and cashback rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who have completed any required verification steps.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. For example, the288% Magnificent Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• bo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Participation in promotions through the use of automated systems, bot software, or coordinated abuse strategies constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
• The Refer a Friend programme allows players to earn MYR 38 per successful referral. Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referral is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bobo77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human user.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the Platform's game integrity systems.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to access the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or distribute any component of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication directed at bo77 staff or other players via any support channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bobo77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bobo77 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bobo77.

The bo77 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in social media profiles, affiliate marketing without authorisation, or impersonation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bobo77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This limitation includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure or third-party breach.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delayed payment processing beyond bo77's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bobo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection are secure before accessing the Platform.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

bo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any Prohibited Conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen funds.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or closure request via our responsible gambling tools.
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring the Company to cease servicing a particular player or jurisdiction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any pending wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal of remaining balance is processed following voluntary closure. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Where disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, they shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bobo77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bo77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
